"eCommerce" is way too broad for anybody to leave a helpful reply. Margins will range from 10% to 50% and multiples from 2x SDE to 10x EBITDA. Drivers include:
1) Product Niche / Category
2) Business Model (Brand/Retailer/Dropship/etc)
3) Traffic Diversification
4) Age
5) Growth Rate
6) Team
