DEAL: Medical Clinic for Sale $354K EBITDA - looking for a 10% cash partner

Hi Search Funders,

I currently have a medical clinic deal for $1.77m with 354k in EBITDA (5x multiple) in Canada.

There are 7 practitioners, 1 business manager and 2 receptionists/administrators. The owner is staying for 5 years and his wife is staying for 3 years.

I have a bank willing to finance 60% and the seller is willing to finance 30% as seller's finance which is postponed until the bank is paid back. The bank is willing to finance this transaction as long as we can finance 10% as cash.

I am looking for an investor to finance this 10% which is equivalent to $177k.
