Deal Modeling Spreadsheet Needed

Does anyone have a model that would work well for Search Funds? Or at least point me to one available online?

I was planning on using the model from my commercial real estate days but it is not suitable. It's got some really elegant ways to play with GP/LP equity, preferred returns, etc and then spits out COC Return, IRR, etc. I'm hoping to find a model that would be similar but not have all of the real estate features (number of units, vacancy, etc.).

After looking online I couldn't find anything that fits our purposes; any help would be appreciated.

Additionally, searching for "leveraged buyout (LBO) models" might provide a closer framework to what you're familiar with in commercial real estate, minus the real estate-specific features.
