We're looking for a leader who is thrilled by the prospect of shaping the product's future, influencing a business's growth, and transforming an industry with purpose-built tech. This is a senior-level role where you will spearhead our deal execution processes. You will be the central hub managing our deal flow and relationships with investment banks, M&A advisors, private equity firms, and family offices. Key Responsibilities Include: Owning the Sell-Side Process: You will manage the full lifecycle for sell-side mandates, from analyzing deal materials and creating teasers to identifying high-potential buyers using our proprietary matching engine. Managing Buy-Side Clients: You will work directly with private equity and family office clients to understand their acquisition criteria and build bespoke target lists for proprietary deal sourcing. Shaping Our Technology: You will provide continuous, critical feedback to our software development team to improve our M&A intelligence platform and matching engine. Leading the Team: As the function scales, you will manage, mentor, and review the work of analysts on the team. Your experience in the trenches of the search fund world gives you the professional credibility to engage with senior partners at investment banks and private equity firms and a unique perspective to help us succeed. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in an M&A-focused role (investment banking, transaction advisory, private equity) or the equivalent deep deal experience gained through a dedicated search fund process.
