We are seeking a Deal Origination Analyst to fuel Route Two’s acquisition engine by building and managing a high-quality pipeline of potential targets. You will research water and wastewater services companies, reach out to founders and owners, and develop relationships that can lead to acquisitions. Working directly with our co-CEOs, you will take ownership of early-stage sourcing, from identifying targets through qualifying promising opportunities. Route Two Partners owns and operates water and wastewater services businesses serving municipalities and private communities across the US. We were founded in 2024 by two Williams College grads (one with a Stanford MBA) who previously advised on billions of dollars of deals and helped scale a mobility business from 0 to $100m+ in revenue.
