Does anybody have experience working with deal sourcing platforms? Any thoughts on whether they are useful for searchers and if the investment is worth it?

Hi Carlos, I'm on equire and also used one called X5 which was more extensive, both in the $200/month range. Axial and DealNexus I think are significantly more and you have a lot more people chasing the same type of deals there, from my understanding - but I never tried them. As I'm focused on a geographical search, I have ended up taking a different approach than using those platforms - but I have kept my subscription to equire because they have a good setup for matching you with potential investors. As someone who is doing a self-funded search, I thought that would be helpful for me, though I haven't fully utilized that yet either. On equire, there are about 225 active deals and maybe 15 new each week. X5 had what seemed like 4-5x that number of deals, so I'd prefer that one if not for the investor thing with equire and if your search parameters are bigger than my small geography (Louisville KY area only).

Carlos, you should check out www.interexo.com . We have taken the most market share from axial. It is free to sign up and browse over 3800 deals. Let me know if you have any questions.
