So. Anyone have any advice on which ones to use? So far I've looked at .. PE Marketplace -- $300 a month Rejigg - $150 a month Kumo - $150 a month Larvato - $150 a month Interexo - $210 a month x5 Deals - $300 a month (after 2 month free trial) skarp - $80 a month Search assistant - $50 a month Axial - heavy success fee scale and very aggressive Terms .. and I'm sure there are more. That is like $1,400 a month on aggregator websites (if you do them all), plus many are going to ask success fees, above and beyond whatever the sell-side broker is asking. So to the point, any advice from folks out there on how to find a deal without your equity capital getting chewed up by website monthlies and success fees?

A recent survey ranked DealMatch as the best deal aggregator: https://evergoldpartners.com/best-brokered-listing-aggregators-for-on-market-smb-deals/ We also run off-market outbound campaigns directly from your inbox -- no need to pay $200+/month for separate outbound software (like Apollo).
