Thanks for the tag ^redacted‌. There are dozens of deal sourcing sites (like Bizbuysell/Kumo). There are also a bunch of deal aggregators (like Axial/Interexo), which compile deals from numerous platforms, and of course there are brokers that post deals on their respective websites. Most searchers will try sourcing deals from a number of platforms and brokers. They will then log their pipeline of deals in a CRM.


If the question was about proprietary searches, entrepreneurs compile lists using a number of data vendors (SourceScrub, Grata, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Apollo to name only a few), and outreach to business owners. They too will log their interactions in a CRM

I just saw a demo of Inven. Pretty weak. We did a few searches during the demo and not one of the over###-###-#### companies on my target list was even in their database. I wont go anywhere near this.
