Mercer Street Capital made it's first acquisition (Turner Hat Company) in 2024, and is seeking additional acquisitions to add to its portfolio. We are hiring a talented intern to assist in the acquisition process and to lead productivity improvement projects within Turner Hat. This is a unique opportunity to develop experience in the acquisition process and get a first hand look at the day-to-day operations of an acquired company. Key Responsibilities include: - Improving sourcing pipeline efficiency - Assist in sourcing and screening acquisition opportunities - Perform and present detailed financial and qualitative analysis - Assist in implementation of new pipeline tracking tools - Opportunity to interact directly with business brokers - Opportunity to lead AI-focused projects for an acquired business This position is fully remote and part time###-###-#### hours per week depending on deal flow). The idea candidate can work well with limited day-to-day instruction, has a stable schedule for regularly planned meetings, and is currently enrolled in university.
