Paradosi Partners is backed by family offices and led by two former Bain & Company senior managers with deep operating and diligence experience. We move fast, leverage deep AI aggressively across our sourcing and analysis workflows, and treat every conversation with a business owner as a chance to learn how real companies actually run. We are hiring a Deal Sourcing Intern to sit at the front of our pipeline. The Role You will identify acquisition targets, run outbound outreach campaigns, and make cold calls directly to business owners. You will speak with sellers, brokers, and intermediaries, qualify opportunities, and pass live leads to the searchers. This is not a research role buried behind a spreadsheet. You will be on the phone, in inboxes, and in real conversations with founders considering selling companies they have spent decades building. What You Will Do Execute outbound email and call campaigns to owners and brokers Conduct initial qualification conversations and capture key financial and operational signals Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting on pipeline velocity Use our AI tooling to compress hours of manual work into minutes, and help us push that edge further Who We Are Looking For You are persistent, articulate, and unafraid of the phone. You can hold a credible conversation with a 60 year old owner of a $5M EBITDA business about why we are different from the dozens of other buyers calling them. You write cleanly, think commercially, and treat rejection as data. Prior cold calling, sales, or M&A exposure is a plus but not required. Hunger and coachability matter more. Why This Is Worth Your Time You will work directly with two ex-Bain senior managers on live deals, not shadow projects. You will see how a search fund actually sources, negotiates, and closes acquisitions in real time. You will operate inside one of the more AI native sourcing engines in lower middle market search, which means the skills you build here transfer directly to investing, operating, or running your own search later on. Compensation $10,000 cash bonus paid at close on any deal you sourced that we acquire. No cap on the number of bonuses earned. How to Apply We typically receive a high volume of applications for these roles, and we read every one. To make sure yours gets the attention it deserves, please go beyond a standard resume drop. A short note on why this role specifically, a sample outreach email you would send to a prospective seller, a quick Loom, or any other artifact that shows how you think will meaningfully improve your odds. Hi Thu, I recently submitted my application for the Deal Sourcing Intern position and wanted to introduce myself. The role really caught my attention, and I’m excited about the opportunity to be involved in sourcing deals. Thank you for your time, and I would appreciate the opportunity to connect. Best regards, Katharine McKenney

Hi Thu, Just applied — thank you for sharing the opportunity. I’m especially interested in the owner outreach and live deal sourcing aspect of the role, and excited by the chance to learn lower middle market acquisitions through real conversations with business owners. Hope to hear back from you soon! Best, Toby Li
