Deal Sourcing Intern - Part Time

We're a small buy-side advisory firm and acquisition firm focused on acquisitions US wide.
We find high-potential acquisitions for ourselves and our partners and execute on acquiring, growing and adding value to them.
As an intern you'll play a critical role on our sourcing efforts researching and analyzing potential targets. This is ideal for students, recent grads or anyone looking to gain some hands-on experience in business analysis, research, the acquisition process or someone who's early in their search process that wants to leverage our experience to conducting their own search.
Responsibilities:
- Deal scouting using our target list as well as adding to this target list of deal sites
- Analyzing the high level data to determine initial fit
- Liasing with brokers to obtain data, review the data and schedule meetings
- Analyzing company financials and information alongside our team to evaluate fit
- Demonstrate professionalism in your interactions with potential sellers, clients, etc.
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in research and analysis (we can help you build these)
- Proficiency with Google's document suite and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-starter personality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
We'll help you learn how we end to end vet and handle deals as well as how we finance and fund them to provide you the most value and benefit from working with us.
