The Role We are hiring a Deal Sourcing Intern to sit at the front of our acquisition pipeline. You will identify and qualify acquisition targets, execute outbound outreach campaigns, and engage directly with business owners, brokers, and intermediaries on behalf of our clients. This is a live, front-line role — not a research project buried in a spreadsheet. You will be on the phone, in inboxes, and in real conversations with founders who have spent decades building companies. Your job is to open doors. What You Will Do: — Execute targeted outbound email and phone campaigns to business owners and brokers — Conduct initial qualification conversations and capture key financial and operational signals — Identify and develop leads across multiple active client mandates spanning various industries — Maintain CRM discipline and contribute to pipeline reporting and tracking — Contribute to ongoing improvements in our sourcing and outreach workflows Who We Are Looking For You are persistent, commercially minded, and comfortable on the phone. You can hold a credible conversation with the owner of a $3M EBITDA business about why our clients are the right acquirer. You write clearly, think critically, and treat every "no" as useful information. Prior experience in sales, cold outreach, or M&A is a plus — but not required. What matters most is hunger, coachability, and the ability to represent our clients professionally in every interaction.
