The EmpireCyber Group is looking for an effective candidate to join our deal sourcing and outreach workflow of the business. Main Tasks/Responsibilities include: -Be in direct contact with founders of prospective acquisition targets. -Engage with business owners through phone calls and emails to explore potential deals. -Perform outreach to build relationships, understand business needs, and evaluate the suitability of merger opportunities -Be primarily trained in ECG financial modeling, contributing to teaser presentations. -Monitor and report to Executive Team on outreach efforts, including potential acquisition status. Qualifications: -Must have ability to make phone calls in US eastern standard time zone. -Learn quickly and act even quicker -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to conduct research and identify business opportunities. -Self-motivated/self starter with a results-driven approach. -Open to all class years and recent graduates. Location: Remote Duration: 5/12/25 - 8/22/25 Hours: Half-Time, 20 hours per week This role is UNPAID but will yield a Letter of Recommendation from Founders based on performance toward company objectives during the term of the internship.
