Outstand is a holding company that acquires and operates great small businesses. As an Analyst intern, you will be primarily focused on assisting with new deal sourcing. However you will have hands-on participation in analyzing companies and building financial models. You will also learn how to evaluate high-quality industries and business models and how to run the process to successfully acquire a company. You will gain firsthand experience sourcing deal opportunities through business brokers and direct outreach. You will have the opportunity to develop your communication skills by managing relationships with business owners, bankers, and lenders. Upon Outstand’s acquisition of a business, you will assist our CEO in hands-on operations projects. You will report directly to Outstand’s founder/CEO, and receive mentorship and professional development. This is an ideal opportunity for a student interested in entrepreneurship through acquisition. This position is also beneficial for undergraduate students interested in in private equity, investment banking, or consulting. Interns may have the opportunity to extend this internship into the summer if successful. Start date: late December 2025 or early January###-###-#### flexible based on intern's schedule)
