Hi Everyone,

I am looking at starting my search and I am interested in developing some proprietary deal flow in offline businesses for my acquisition search. I was wondering if anyone here has used a deal flow service for doing an offline business search, and if so, what your experience was like? If you have any advice as well I would love to hear.

^redacted‌ - If you wish to focus purely on offline data, company directories at the county or state level can help. You may need to enrich data and match company registration names with DBA entities and then work your way back to the owner's details. Time consuming but certainly effective.

Aquisition Alert has services in which they provide broker contact info based on geography. They also build custom off-market business lists based on industry. They have plenty of success stories (users submitting LOIs) www.acquisitionalert.com
