Outstand is a holding company that acquires and operates great small businesses. As an Analyst intern, you will support new deal sourcing, analyze companies, and build financial models. You'll learn to evaluate industries, business models, and the acquisition process, while sourcing opportunities through brokers and outreach. The role offers direct experience with business owners, bankers, and lenders, developing your communication skills. After an acquisition, you'll assist our CEO on operations projects. You will report directly to Outstand’s founder/CEO, and receive mentorship and professional development. This internship is ideal for students interested in entrepreneurship through acquisition or careers in private equity, banking, or consulting. Interns may have the opportunity to extend this internship into the fall if successful.
