^redacted‌ Great question! The DealStats is updated almost daily. BVR provides the aggregated figures to Searchfunder every quarter. The main data source for DealStats is our contributor network built up of business intermediaries from all of the US and even internationally. The contributor network accounts for a little over 75% of the deals in the database. The other 25% or so comes from SEC or SEDAR.
