Is anyone using DealStream and do you or did you find it valuable? Or is it just a scraping service pulling deals off of easily accesible sites?

I’ve used DealStream in the past. In my experience it started out helpful early on and I even worked a few initial potential deals through the platform. Over time, though, it seemed to shift more toward a marketing channel for listings. For me it became less of a primary source of proprietary opportunities, and I made more progress through direct outreach and cold calling. Just my experience.

I’m trying out dealstream now. So far it hasn’t been anything mind blowing. The 2 offmarkets didn’t have a responsive contact and one additional one was not a fit as they were only scrapping their physical assets (not dealstreams fault). I did find one brokered deal a week ago that wasn’t published anywhere else via dealstream.
