Dealsuite.com : Useful for UK and Benelux?

Hi everyone, I'm a searcher in the UK and Benelux regions and I'm thinking about subscribing to Dealsuite.com, a platform that connects buyers and sellers of businesses. I've heard some good things about it, but I also have some doubts. I would love to hear from other searchers who have used it or are considering it. Here are some of the questions I have:

• Is it worth paying for a year in advance? They don't offer any trial periods, so I'm worried about committing to something that might not work for me.
• Do they have enough deals in my target range? I'm looking for businesses with an enterprise value of 5-10 million pounds/euros, and from the demo, it seemed like they mostly have larger deals?
• How relevant are they in my geographies? I know they are big in the Netherlands, but what about Belgium and the UK?
