Debt Financing in the UK

Hi, I am looking for acquisition financing options in the UK. Wondering if people have good experience with specific lenders / contacts and of course offer good flexibility and pricing. The amount that will be required is only 450,000. Any advice or contact information would be greatly appreciated.

High Street banks you're looking at maybe 3% + base, but most won't fund your typical search fund deal as they are bias towards asset heavy companies. Business acquisition focused lenders - you're looking at around atleast 5% + base or higher.
