Debt financing to start a veterinary practice in Arizona?

My brother and I are interested in starting a veterinary clinic near Phoenix AZ. We have looked at buying an existing business (still on the table) but he is already a DVM with clients that will likely move with him if he starts a practice, so we're exploring a build from the ground up.

Are there SBA programs that are good for startup businesses? Is it better to look elsewhere?

We don't really have any significant collateral to post, but are willing to include a personal guarantee if it makes sense. Happy to provide more details, although we are fairly early stage on this.

Back when I was in Banking I ran a speciality lending group that worked with Veterinarians so I have a ton of experience in this industry in particular and we have done many veterinary deals while here.
