Debt for Equity Swap AND/OR Bridge Loan Resources

Telecom company didn't have an escalation clause during Covid. Instead of defaulting on a large project, took on unfavorable debt.

Owner is seeking a partner that can bring 5MM-6MM in capital to clear the debt and bring back immediate cash flow and ability to scale.

Another option could be a bridge loan resource to provide short term flexibility to acquire more favorable debt via SBA / other capital partners.

If the cash flow supports it, why don't you do a refinance straight to SBA with an additional term loan or credit line above that. Feel free to email me at redacted and we can work on this for you. SBA caps at $5m. Would it hit a 1.25x DSCR with SBA at 10% or 10.5%?
