Anyone Have Advice For Being Stuck In Pre-LOI Analysis?
Currently following a search process anchored to my buy-box which leans into my services background, a feasible commute for oversight, quality reputation, established team culture, & growth-oriented. I am currently "trade services agnostic" and deliberate in my opening line's descriptors which is intended to yield more variety + a smaller business, but deliver point of entry in shorter period, and preserve personally available capital for strategic growth initiatives. My Pre-LOI pipeline contains promising opportunities ranging from HVAC, Plumbing, Landscaping, & Restoration. Ultimate goal is to develop a complimentary portfolio of service businesses, but there's only 1 first chance to build the foundation correctly so I (admittedly) have FOMO. Need some advice on this decision point! The alternative is awaiting most likely an extended period of time for a "ready-built / textbook" business with minimal blemishes, SBA process, pay premium, carry debt, etc...
