Self-funded searcher seeking West Coast opportunities (Seattle & Northern California).

I am in SMB already but that was a BizBuySell acquisition in###-###-#### Now, I’m wanting to take the more traditional search route!

First step is coming up with a vision for the type and size of investment.

Any consulting resources/guidance anyone can point me to?

Hi Reet -

I recommend starting with some of the classic resources - the Stanford Primer and the HBR guide to buying a small business. Endurance Search Partners is also another source to look at as you determine what type of investment makes sense for you.
