Defining Investment Criteria

Self-funded searcher seeking West Coast opportunities (Seattle & Northern California).

I am in SMB already but that was a BizBuySell acquisition inredactedNow, I’m wanting to take the more traditional search route!

First step is coming up with a vision for the type and size of investment.

Any consulting resources/guidance anyone can point me to?
