Demographic Data Research Tool

I came across this tool today and thought I would share. It allows you to get a sense of different population, demographic, housing, etc. data across the US down to the zip code or census tract. There are a bunch of tools out there that allow you to do this (some free, some not), but I thought this one was straightforward and helpful. Great to get a sense of potential customers in an area within a certain demographic or the housing mix, etc. when you are evaluating an area/region for a business.
