As a believer in the future of the industry, I am executing a roll-up of Ohio-based dental practices as a non-dentist. Having one (or more) helpful dental transactional lawyer(s) on the board is crucial to this project. Does anybody have some good connections?

I'm likely the only tax lawyer who is the son and grandson of dentists and also did the bookkeeping for a dental practice while in HS, I'd be happy to discuss, but what you really want is a health care attorney who has experience in Ohio (and someone to do the structuring from a tax perspective). I know a few NY/NJ, so I suspect I could help you find one in Ohio if you'd like. Feel free to send a message or email.

Generally lawyers on boards are prohibited from giving legal advice to the company on whose board they serve pursuant to the terms of their malpractice policies. That said, if you still see a benefit and want to talk to some folks, let me know. I'm happy to make some intros.
