Diagnostic lab in the Dallas, TX Area

Any recommendations on equity partners for a Medical Diagnostic Lab in the Dallas area.

Current annual sales is $1.2 million with Seller Discretionary Earnings of $265K.

I am talking to the owner who wants to retire. Looks like he could stay on as small percent owner with substantial owner finance.
