Since you've narrowed your potential target pool, do you find you're more reliant on prop search/outreach (e.g., industry contacts, competitors, trade show members) and reaching out to them on say a quarterly basis, or using brokers to find candidates that match what you're looking for?

Probably the most accurate response would be I am not actively looking given I closed less than a month ago.

My lenders and I have had a conversation about add-ons and if the right opportunity presented itself we would take a look at it.

I suspect that a second acquisition is much more likely to come as a referral from others in the space I am now in as opposed to a broker.
