I honestly found much easier to schedule meetings and calls with brokers, sellers and even investors... the available time seemed to increase significantly. There might be another reasons beyond commute saved time, but I think this is a big one... what else would you say?

It's been great for research and deep work tasks. Anything that requires 3-4 hours of heads down time is enhanced. I am also reading quite a bit more. That said, I am feeling disconnected and would like to get back to in-person meetings. I am missing the positive side effects of those interactions.

Being in Taiwan during lockdown has created a distortion field. We are still scheduling in-person meetings, shaking hands, and carrying on business while wondering how others are doing in the rest of the world.
