Diligencing high end AV/home integration

Hi all, I'm working on a proprietary deal with a great owner in the high end home automation/integration industry. They do whole home integration of AV, security, fire, climate, etc. for extremely high end homes ($Ms++).

Does anyone have experience in the Home AV/integration industry and would be willing to speak about the competitive dynamics, growth opportunities (such as pushing into maintenance contracts), and how to optimize operations?

Thanks, ^redacted‌. Like many/most deals, this is a very niche part of a large and diverse market. I'll take a look at general market research as well, but I was really hoping someone on here has looked into this niche (or close to it, e.g. commercial A/V and integration). Thanks!
