My business partner and I are in a search to acquire a beverage company offering alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages. Our thesis surrounds growing the business through direct-to-consumer customer acquisition strategies. I'm looking to connect with others who have experience in the beverage space. Particularly, those who have been successful (or faced challenges) in acquiring consumers without traditional distribution and those who have dealt with shipping beer & wine across state lines.

Hey Jacob, I owned a functional beverage startup for a few years. Shut it down prior to pursuing ETA. Was primarily in retail channels across 10 states (Whole Foods, Wegmans and Hy-Vee) but did do some D2C as well. Happy to share insights. Email me at redacted

I don't have small business experience in the space but I've spent significant time in the industry. I led distribution in the Northeast region for Nestle's Beverage Division. Happy to chat if you think my industry perspective would be helpful.
