^redacted‌, ^redacted‌ is a resident expert in SBA/ETA financing on Searchfunder. As she very correctly notes - and I say this as a former career banker - those constraints can't be ignored when thinking of turnarounds/restructurings. That being said, I would definitely be interested as a restructuring practitioner, having done this many times over the last 4 decades.
