Do responses from brokers normally slow during fall season?

I'm currently in my 4 month of my search and I've recently increased my outreach to brokers (net new broker ) that have active business opportunities listed and have found that there seems to be fewer brokers responding versus during the summer where almost every inquiry was met with a quick reply and follow up with information, post completion of the NDA. When building out my strategy for my search I had assumed that the fall would yield slower response rates in general due to families having children back in school( which changes daily routines), holidays, an increased focus on trying to close existing deals before year end, but these were just theories. Are there any brokers, existing/past searchers, or operators that can share their insights on if communications with listing brokers does in fact slow down during the fall season? I ask as nothing has changed in my outreach approach other than increasing my direct outreach to net new brokers that I've found at agencies I wasn't previously aware of. It would be good to know if I need to adjust my strategy sooner rather than later if so.

Thanks for the tag Luke. I will admit the comment seems odd. I am not aware of brokers slowing down because of it being fall. Remember they get paid when a deal is completed so their motivation is to keep things moving.

Hi! Time may be thin on deal closing and new opportunities. The fall months will typically result in a greater focus on deals that are currently closing with a pick up in closing deals. It is always recommended to follow up and keep in contact with brokers. We have legal resources during your search that may be able to assist you.
