I'm hoping to learn a bit from someone who has experience operating a leadership training and coaching business (e.g., FranklinCovey, etc). More specifically, I have questions about client acquisition and selling to SMB and mid-market L&D/Talent leaders. Thanks in advance, anyone who's willing and able to answer a few questions.
