Does any one heard of "Prime Capital Management, HK"

Dear Search funders,

I have been approached by a certain individual who claims to be based in Hong Kong and working for a fund named "Prime Capital Management" (pcmcoltd.com) offering multiple million to fund our acquisitions. I can't work out if the proposition is genuine or otherwise.

Had any of the fellow search funders had any previous experience of dealing with "Prime Capital Management,"?

A google search resulted in informing me that it is an Investment Management platform specialising in Greater China. Is that what they told you too? Any red flags you have noticed so far?

The representative did mentioned that are based out of Hong Kong and specialist with investment in mainland China and now they were looking to provide funding for business in the UK among other places. The information I received from him over the phone and via email was sketchy at best, they claim to provide investment funding for business starting with a minimum lending of $5m going into multiple of $billions for a return of 3%
