Yes, seriously talked to 3 sellers and ended up closing on a deal from MicroAcquire. There is some hidden value there. Often people are selling because they're developers and just don't want to continue to develop the processes around the product/company. That being said, these deals can be harder to diligence. At times you're buying someone's side project, so clean books and SOPs often don't exist.
