Does anyone have a finance source for non-permanent residents seeking to purchase in USA?

As someone who is hyper focused on SBA 7a lending I'm not as aware of other options that may or may not exist. Can a non-US citizen finance a portion of a business Acquistion? If you, your firm, or your network can do this please reach out as I'm trying to help a referral partner of mine find a home for a very sharp entrepreneur who lives in the USA on an extended visa.
