Does anyone have a modeling/underwriting tool that they can share?

I would like an underwriting spreadsheet that I can use to calculate debt service coverage ratio and returns on a deal. i.e. Enter the debt amount, interest rate, term, working capital, down payment, net profit, closing costs and the spreadsheet shows DSCR, ROI, etc. Can anyone share something like this?
