I don't think I've ever seen a VA service offer any free work before. That's interesting. Do robots actually do anything? Is there any automation in the loop? For example, I tried a VA from Wing and he wasn't able to setup web scraping so I learned how to do that myself because it would have taken 10x as long for him to do it manually. Another task I did have him do manually because he needed to find the team members and contact information on a bunch of websites which can't be scraped because they're all laid out differently.

I use redacted (16 years+ in this industry) and I'm ever so happy to have them now source every remote team member we need. They're conducting an interview for me this afternoon and two more on Monday for a new position. The last person they brought to me has been an absolute gem for our business. I can't wait to have this next one coming on board.
