Does anyone have an appetite for a $400 M buy and build Gaming and Film Co.

We are looking to raise $400 M to acquire a US company valued at $800 M by a high level accountancy firm.

Then we have 3 or 4 other acquisitions to bolt on.

Plus access to significant IP to make games along with 30 new film projects.

The potential ROI will be huge and each acquisition project can be analysed on a case by case basis.
