Does anyone have any advice owning a gym?

Hello all,

I am seeking anyone with knowledge in owning a gym. I am passionate about health and fitness and this is something I have always wanted to do. Granted, I know there are many risks to owning and operating gyms, but I would appreciate anyone's feedback and if anyone has purchased one before or bought a franchise. I would love to hear from you and what I should look for in the due diligence period when purchasing one. I am seeking connections and relationships with anyone willing to collaborate and make a deal happen soon.
