Looking to project a valuation for a healthcare facility with rights to the land and a diagnostics arm within the premises. Would an LBO with an amended FCF statement and NOI real estate model suffice?

heathcare is pretty broad. what sector? devices? pharma? insurance? would start with typical DCF, transaction comps, trading comps...need to adjust for size of course
