Does anyone have any information to share regarding Barings reputation when it comes to their private equity side? I am working there this coming summer and would love to hear other people’s input on the firm.

Which group, their Private Markets/Funds and Co-investments group? I know a couple of people in that group and have a small amount of professional experience working with them. Industry agnostic and you'll see a lot of deals. Pretty good culture, although one of my contacts has been there primarily during COVID times so things have been goofy.
