Does anyone have exerience acquiring an existing home care franchise?

I am looking at a Home Instead home care franchise that was launched in 2019 and is now run-rate (July TTM) $2.7M Revenue/ $0.5M EBITDA. I'm wondering if anyone has lessons learned or advice regarding the franchisor (Home Instead is now owned by Honor, a tech company) or acquiring an exisiting franchise in the home care industry.
