Hope you're having a great day!

Currently in pursuit of acquiring a first time business, ideally a digital marketing agency that can either be channel-specific or a full service provider. Targeting $225-$275K SDE, purchase price around $450k - $1M. Seeking a 25-30% profit margin for the business.

Any tips or advice on sourcing the deal, due diligence considerations, or what to keep in mind as a first-time buyer (especially in terms of funding)?

Choosing digital marketing since I've substantially advanced in the industry over the last 5-6 years. Hoping this will be favorable for getting funded by the SBA. With the right business and my background, trying to build a strong case for avoiding collateralizing my real estate portfolio.

Thanks in advance! Always happy to connect and help bring value to you as well in the form of marketing and real estate investment advice: https://www.linkedin.com/in/roberto-ventura/
