I'm conducting due diligence on a line-striping / asphalt maintenance company. I would appreciate an opportunity to connect with anyone with experience in this industry.

What questions should I be asking during due diligence?

Our firm passed on representing one a couple of years ago. The big red flags for use were: 1. Age of Equipment, - it looked liked a big cap ex expenditure was imminent, 2. owner dependency - it was a small town business and the owner was tight with biggest customers. I would also look at any customer contracts to make sure they are transferrable.
