Hi all, I'm interested in acquiring massage therapy practices on the west coast. Has anyone done this? What are the biggest things to watch out for? Thanks in advance!

Hey Kaylee - I haven't looked specifically into massage therapy clinics but I did look into acupuncture. I think if you can find a situation where no one massage therapist has most of the clientele it could be interesting. The issue I came across is that if you lose a massage therapist/acupuncturist/holistic health practitioner who is the highlight of the practice, you are in a really tough situation unless you are also a great practitioner yourself. But there probably are situations (like a wellness center) that aren't dependent on any one person to keep things running. Just my two cents!
