Does anyone have experience investing/managing courier management service?

Evaluating an opportunity to acquire a courier management service operating in multiple (two) locations on the east coast. The company provides courier /3PL services but does not own any trucks/heavy equipment and does not employ drivers. Instead it contracts with drivers in the geographies in which it's routes are located. Thanks in advance
