I am an American who recently relocated to Finland. While I am completely open to acquiring a company here, I have a much greater network and more work/life experience in the U.S. so I think it would actually be easier for me to find a company to acquire there.
I am willing to travel frequently to U.S.
I think I would have to buy a business that is hybrid-operator friendly by the nature of the industry it's in or due to its setup.
Does anyone have experience doing something like this? What would you advise?
And in the off chance anyone knows a great business broker in the Nordics, do let me know!
Does anyone have experience purchasing and operating a company from overseas?
