Does anyone have experience starting a searchfund in Italy?

I'm exploring the opportunity to start a searchfund in Italy. Is there anyone who tryed out the same?
I have a solid background in healthcare, having served as CEO and CFO in a medium sized pharmaceutical company. How many chances do I have to find investors in Italy?
